Starvation Continues

A report out today shows continued deprivation and starvation that the citizens of North Korea face, while the elite continue to flourish.  In Pyongyang the people live in comfort but elsewhere in the nation struggles continue.  Food shortages continue on the peninsula and 2/3 of the country resort to reliance upon government rations which are received twice a month.
